 The villa is located in Grape County Eco Resorts and Spa in Nashik, at a walkable distance from Resort Restaurant, boating and horse riding. The villa is built with all the standards and amenities meeting premium hospitality. Distance by car from: - Trimbakeshwar Mandir: 15 mins - Sula Vineyard: 22 mins The space To respect the privacy of guests, we have an indoor swimming pool, a separate lounge area room other than the 3 bedrooms, gazebo area and a garden area. Guest access Entire 0.5 acre of property is accessible, Guests can access the entire villa, indoor swimming pool, gazebo and garden area. Resort amenities can be accessed: Restaurants, boating, lake, horse riding, nature walk throughout the resort. Please not that the above mentioned amenities are to be paid for separately and not included in the price of the stay. Other things to note 1. Food options available are as follows: a. Caretaker can cook as per order (homely food) Approximate cost for food provided by the caretaker would be as follows: Breakfast: 50-100/- per dish Veg thali: 250-300/- Non veg thali- 400-550/- b. Grape County Multi Cuisine Restaurant can deliver food at the villa. For any food orders please talk to caretaker a day in advance, that will help them procure raw materials accordingly and deliver on time. 2. Villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 lounge room and 4 bathrooms. AC is available in all 3 bedrooms and the lounge room. 3. The villa is located inside Grape County Eco Resort. Located in phase1, at a walkable distance from Grape county restaurant, boating in the lake and horse riding. 4. Full time caretaker will be on the property, they have their separate house where they stay. Intercomm is available for ease of communication. 5. 100Mbps wifi available in the villa. This being an eco resort, the mobile network is limited. 6. Recommended to have own car or full day cab as uber/ola waiting time could be longer than usual. 7. Bookings are accepted only for Family or couples.
