Main Floor Kitchen: ~Gas range ~Double oven ~Walk in pantry ~Dinner plates, bowls, etc for 10 guests ~Full size refrigerator with ice maker Main Floor Family room: ~65” TV ~Electric Gas Fireplace Outdoors (Main level): ~Large partially screened in deck ~Open no screen deck side ~Outdoor fans ~ Patio furniture (couch, table, and rocking chairs) all overlooking the Dix River. The lower level/basement: Movie Room: *5 LED lit reclining theater chairs *100” projector screen with projector. Second living room: *65" Roku TV *A electric gas fireplace (ONLY available during fall/winter months) *Bourbon Bar/built-in ice machine *Full size refrigerator with ice maker (2nd refrigerator) *skee-ball table *slot machine for entertainment. *Small Gym room that features a treadmill, few workout weights and bench. Do not have ramps or anyway to access inside the house. Sorry. **All TVs are ROKU streaming TVs Guest access Guests have FULL access to the entire house EXCEPT for one small storage room in the Basement and the Garage. Both areas are labeled DO NOT ENTER! Guest also have access to our entire property outside (2+ acres). **Unfortunately, the HOA (homeowners association) does NOT allow guest access to the neighborhood boat ramp, pavilion or the playground next-door. Please stay on our property at all times. This includes the wooden dock. You will be asked to leave the community property (fenced area) if you are over there. Other things to note PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED at ALL!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! And you will be asked to leave. Property is monitored by cameras around the upper exterior outside area of the home. Also NO RV/CAMPERS are permitted to be stayed in on the property. Per HOA RULES!
