The space • Sleep Arrangements: Our spacious two-story home accommodates up to 10 guests. The 4 bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and crib, and a queen bed in each of the other three bedrooms, provide plush sleeping arrangements for 8 people. Additional 2 guests can use the large pull-out sofa bed on the first floor living room, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest. • Spacious Living & Dining: Our home is perfect for large groups, featuring a large dining room with a spacious dining table and plenty of chairs, allowing everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. Additionally, a cozy breakfast area between the first-floor living room and the kitchen provides a breakfast table with chairs, ideal for casual morning gatherings. • Fully Equipped Kitchen: The open-concept kitchen is designed with large groups in mind. It’s equipped with plenty of kitchen wares, including pans, dishes, bowls, cups, and glasses—everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together. Whether you're cooking up a feast or just enjoying a cup of coffee, this kitchen has you covered. A coffee maker, kettle, and complimentary ground coffee are provided.. • Work & Relaxation: Each bedroom is furnished with a desk and chair, creating a comfortable environment for guests who need to work from home or surf the internet. In one of the bedrooms, we have provided a 32” 4K LED monitor and an HDMI cable, making it easy for guests to connect their laptops and enjoy a productive workspace during their stay. • Entertainment & Activity: The first floor living room features a 65” 4K Roku smart TV perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. • Large Backyard Retreat: Step into our expansive backyard, surrounded by various trees that offer both shade and beauty. The large, open area in the middle of the yard is perfect for outdoor activities or simply enjoying the fresh air. A propane gas BBQ grill awaits on the patio, where you can lounge, let the kids play, or relax under the stars in this tranquil outdoor space. • Year-Round Activities: Whether you’re visiting to enjoy the vibrant autumn colors, a day at the beach, or winter activities like ice fishing, our home is ideally situated. The nearby Innisfil Beach Park and Friday Harbor Resort offer fishing docks, boat launches, and more. • Parking: The driveway can accommodate up to 3 regular cars, ensuring ample parking for all guests. • Convenient Location: Just a short drive from Tim Hortons, grocery stores, restaurants, and several excellent golf courses, our home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Guest access Guests have access to the main floor and second floor, including the spacious backyard, kitchen, and laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The garage is not accessible, so we kindly ask guests to use the driveway for parking and avoid parking on the street. Other things to note Our home is nestled in a quiet and serene neighborhood, perfect for relaxation. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request that guests keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during evening hours.
