The condo includes most essentials you'd find in your own home. If you wonder if we have it, just ask! Primary Suite has a king bed and sliding doors that open to the expansive deck. The very large primary suite bath has a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. This suite also has a very large walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed with tub/shower combo. 3rd bedroom has a new queen bed and walk-in shower. In addition, a sleeper sofa and an air mattress provides ample sleeping for a larger group. Living space has generous seating and amazing ocean views with sliding doors. 3 recliners in living room and a large screen smart tv. All living spaces/bedrooms have newer televisions with ROKU remotes for your streaming services. Newly renovated kitchen has granite surfaces, stainless steel large and small appliances - brand new high-end coffee pot (brew and pods) and toaster, Ninja blender, counter top griddle, cabinets full of serving ware, bakeware, and most cooking essentials. Beach and pool toys available for guest use and a beach wagon that can haul the provided beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs. Large deck that spans the length of the condo as well as wraps around. Guest access Once renter agreement is signed (condo HOA requires registered guest be +25 yrs old) and full payment is received, guests will receive a code for keypad entrance to unit in addition to gate entry codes for the pools. Parking passes are secured by guests and link is provided after secured booking. Secure parking is available in a covered lot. Parking is $45 per car, per stay. Vehicle registration information is sent when check-in instructions are sent.
