The space Tastefully furnished with comfort and style in mind, this 3 bedroom/2 bath home boasts an open floor plan with spacious bedrooms and recessed lighting throughout. This home includes all the necessary comforts of home from wireless internet access to provided board games for hours of family entertainment. Beautiful farmhouse style open kitchen possesses plenty of counter space for food preparation as well as a large center island with counter height stools for additional seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything our guests could need to cook up breakfast, lunch or dinner with all plates, cups, and cookware provided. A large 8-person farmhouse dining table, located adjacent to the kitchen, is the perfect place to enjoy a family style breakfast or even delight in a rousing game of afternoon cards. The lavish backyard showcases a large swimming pool and spa which can be heated for an additional fee. Channel your inner child with a rousing game of Marco Polo poolside. Or leisurely lounge on the spacious tanning deck, soaking up the summer sun. Provide dynamic mood lighting for an evening swim by illuminating the LED pool lights which are conveniently controlled via a Bluetooth remote system. An outdoor gas fire pit surrounded by a comfy outdoor sectional set the perfect backdrop for an evening full of stargazing and s’mores. Settle down for the evening by gathering the family in the generous open-living room concept with large flat screen TV, sound bar, and spacious sectional couch. Enjoy a late-night movie or continue the fun with one of the many provided family board games. When the day is complete, our guests can retreat to the inviting master bedroom, furnished with a king size bed and a large flat screen television. Feel your worries drift away as you relax on luxurious, soft linens and wake up refreshed and ready to explore more of what Indio has to offer. The whitewashed, distressed accent wall provides the perfect beachy vibe for your vacation setting. Step into the Master bathroom for a leisurely soak in the bathtub or rinse off in the spacious bathroom shower. Separate dual sinks ensure a shortened wait time when everyone is anxious to hit to the sack. The second bedroom features a full-sized bed and reach-in closet. Meanwhile, bedroom 3 contains a full-over-full mattress bunk bed with side ladder access. A favorite among the kids! An additional bathroom is handily accessible between bedrooms 2 and 3. Upon request, two air mattresses, as well as a children's "Pack and Play", are available for additional sleeping accommodations. When you’re ready to pack up, an on-premise laundry room contains a washer, dryer and iron/ironing board to ease your transition back from vacation. Guests can access inside of house from the 2-car garage. Four total parking spots are available. (Street Parking is available from 8am to 10pm. Overnight parking in only available upon request). ** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS** WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM, local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation, ask management for early/late check out fees WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? No, guest will be provided with a code for our digital lock attached to the front door of our home. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee make. We provide bath towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rental is pet friendly, Please contact management if you have any questions. (Pet fee of $250 per pet to be paid prior to arrival). PARKING: Our home has 2 designated spots in the driveway and 2 in the garage for a total of 4 vehicles. No street parking is allowed and if guests have more then 4 cars, guests will have to park outside of community. Our HOA does not allow overnight street parking and if guests receive a citation for this, guests will be held liable for all administrative fees and fines as well as management time, which can be excess of $1500. Pool heating is offered at $75/day for pool & spa for $25/day for spa Access to club house amenities is available for long term stays (stays 30+ days per HOA) *Disclaimer* Our home has prewired Ring camera system monitoring only the exterior of the home for homeowner and guests safety. Other things to note Seasonal warnings: Our management team does our absolute best to keep the home in its' best condition. There are a few things outside of our control that will be dealt with as best we can. Spring: high winds and dust storms can cause damage, please close all umbrellas after use. Summer: Excessive heat will cause the pool to be very warm and there is no way for us to cool it. Locals typically empty bags of ice into the pool to lower its temperature. Late Summer: Every 4 or so years there is a migration of boatman bugs, they take up residence in the pools and are very difficult to get rid of. They are harmless, but our local pool companies do their best to minimize them. Registration Details 027238
