Family home on the shores of Lake Geneva

Our family holiday home is located on the shores of Lake Geneva in the private and guarded domain of Coudrée, in a quiet area at the end of an alley. A natural garden surrounds the house with groves of boxwood, century-old oaks and pines. The land is fenced. The area is perfect for swimming in Lake Geneva (3 private beaches including one 5 minutes walk from the house), cycling, a walk in the Guido nature reserve, fishing or sailing on the lake. The space Our house is single storey, bright, not overlooked and facing south; it has just been renovated. . Its surface is 95m2 and thanks to an optimized plan, it offers 3 bedrooms, a living / dining room, a bathroom, separate toilets, an integrated and fully equipped kitchen and a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and an extra fridge. The two adult bedrooms have a 180x200 or 160x 200 cm bed, each with a private washbasin in the bedroom. The children's room has one 90x190 cm bed and one 160x200 bed. Each bedroom has its own dressing room. Board games, comics and books for children and adults are available. There is also a television. The garden surrounding the house offers 1600 m2 for playing with the children or resting in the shade of century-old oak trees. A small buxaie (very rare boxwood forest) gave its name to the house: “Les Buis”. Outdoor games, balls, a Mölkky and a ping-pong table are available. You will also find free access bicycles in the garage. Are also available table and garden chairs, outdoor armchairs and a magnificent Weber barbecue for amateurs! We spend our holidays in this house and have therefore equipped it with everything we need to spend beautiful moments with the family. Guest access You have access to the whole house and the whole garden. You will also have access to the domain's private beaches. Other things to note The Domaine de Coudrée is located in the town of Sciez. In the village, accessible 5 minutes by car (and 15 minutes on foot) you will find a bakery, a renowned pastry shop (Lancelot), a Leclerc supermarket and a grocery store, a pharmacy, a doctor's office, a tobacconist, a butcher's... The market has place on Saturday. On the shores of the lake, at the port of Sciez, you will find many restaurants serving perch fillets (a local speciality). For navigators, the port of Sciez is equipped with a launching ramp. The nautical base is very famous (notably for its disabled sports activity) and offers sailing lessons from an early age. For cyclists and hikers: the mountains are a few kilometers from the edge of the lake, with magnificent panoramas (Col de Cou, Col du Feu, Thollon les Mémises, Bernex, Dent d'Oche, etc.). At the gates of the Estate, 2 activities not to be missed: tree climbing and the Eagles of Lake Geneva. Finally, to walk and discover the region, you are 15 minutes from Thonon Les Bains and the medieval village of Yvoire classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, 25 minutes from Evian and Geneva and 50 minutes from Les Gets or Avoriaz.
