The ground floor of the house is intended for common rooms consisting of a full bathroom with shower and amenities and an open-plan room that combines the dining area, the fully equipped open kitchen and the living area with a double sofa bed, smart TV (Netflix) and fireplace. From here you can directly access the pleasant furnished porch with a wooden attic ceiling that leads to the barbecue area. You have access to the large garden with a removable pool of 4.57 in diameter by 1.20 in height that you can use whenever you want. The pool is available from June to September. Guest access The Casuca's entrance, porch, parking lot, and barbecue area are completely independent and private. The laundry area is outside the Casuca.
