Other things to note *AMENITIES: Everything is included in the rate, except optional extra services offered by the Resort. *PRIVATE POOL: The private pool has a water heating system available for an extra cost of $40 per day of the entire stay. This is an optional cost and should be requested in advance. *GRILL: The gas Grill is available for use during the entire stay for a $40 fee. *PACKAGES / ONLINE ORDERS: We are not responsible for any loss or undelivered packages. Please make sure your package is delivered during your stay. USPS: Packages will NOT be delivered as USPS does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. AMAZON / UPS / DHL / FEDEX: Packages will be delivered and left at the doorstep of the property. Please make sure the seller does not use USPS. *HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate.
