A breath of fresh air at Den's & Clèm

Our house is located in a quiet area, close to all amenities on foot. The city center with its shops and restaurants, the Leclerc shopping center, the castle and its exhibitions and on the edge of the Parc de la Coulée Verte, a wooded and peaceful place in Bressuire ideal for walks or jogging. The city has its cinema, bowling alley, theater, swimming pool with recreational & sports pool and golf course. The Tuesday and Saturday farmers' market is full of local products that will amaze your taste buds. The space This is our main residential house, It is new and has underfloor heating. We will of course leave you everything you need for your daily life. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms (the 3rd is reserved for our personal items). The master bedroom overlooking the garden is equipped with a 140 x 190 bed, the second with a sofa bed with a comfortable 140 x 190 mattress. If necessary, the sofa can also be converted into a bed. Guest access You will also have access to the garage where the washing machine is located and if you wish to store bicycles there during your stay. Unfortunately it is too small to park a car, but rest assured, the courtyard can accommodate up to 3 cars. Other things to note We love to host and travel and want to be able to offer this opportunity.
