Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are NOT ALLOWED. Please DO NOT smoke in the room, balcony, building hallway/entrance or any space in the building. If found, we will charge you a fine of 10,000 JPY. ● NO Pets, NO parties or events are allowed. ● Check-in & Check-out Check-in time: anytime after 16:00 (4PM) Check-out time: until10:00 (10AM) ● Check-in time: 　✦　Please make sure you have read the message we send once the Booking is confirmed and 2 days before your arrival for how to check-in. An extra cleaning fee (to clean up trash or remove odor・dirt・stains) may be applied if the room is left too messy. 　✦　Turn off the air-conditioner, electronics and all the lights before you leave the apartment. 　✦　DON’T put any trash at the Entrance・Hallway 　✦　If there is too much trash, you can put inside the Dumpster at 1st floor ; otherwise, please put inside the room & cleaner will collect after check-out. ● Check-out time: 　✦　Please be sure to check out on time at 10AM. If you check-out late, we'll charge Late Check-out Fee of 1,000 yen per 30-minutes. 　✦　Luggage storage service is NOT provided after check-out. 　　 Leaving your luggage in the room without permission is regarded as late check-out. We will ask you for the additional fee mentioned above. 　　 Please use Coin lockers at the train station or Luggage storage services nearby. 　✦　Please DO NOT leave any bulky trash or luggage you want to dispose of behind as the Building's Waste collector doesn't collect bulky trash. We will charge you extra fee if you do. 　✦　Please check again to see if there are any forgotten item in the room before checking out. We only keep forgotten items 7 days after check-out and dispose afterwards. If you want us to deliver the forgotten item back to you, you will need to pay Service Fee 2000JPY as well as the Delivery Fee since we need to send staff to retrieve the forgotten item to our office. Our office is NOT NEARBY. 　✦　Please be careful not to take the Room Key with you after check-out. 　　　　➤　There is compensation of 10,000 JPY for losing Key. 　　　　➤　If you take the Room Key after check-out by mistake, please pay for Delivery fee and send it back to our office. (Paid-On Delivery is not acceptable, please be considerate and pay Delivery Fee since you are responsible for taking the Room Key with you after check-out without my consent).
