Furball Farm Inn

CAT LOVERS ONLY 😻 This beautiful old freshly updated farm house is on the same property as Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary! Renting our Airbnb will allow you to see behind the scenes! Visit the cats anytime between the hours of 9am-9pm on the days you are booked! Marley and Teddy are the resident cats there and they will keep you company! (They can go in and out) (Marley has had past history of being a naughty potty, see more info in details) The space This property sits just 1.3 miles out of Faribault city limits. The main floor is open concept and is bright and spacious. All 3 Bedrooms feature hand made beautiful quilts. Step outside and walk across the driveway to experience a REAL LIFE feral cat sanctuary! Guest access The main floor and upstairs is for Airbnb guests. The front entrance is not wheel chair or walker friendly. We have plans to add handicap accessible access in the future. There is one step up to get to the front door. The basement is not available. Other things to note Due to a few issues with children not being properly supervised, we do not want children under the age of 4 to be allowed to stay in our Airbnb. Dogs are allowed but they must be potty trained, on a leash at all times when outside, and they must be up to date on vaccinations. There are a couple of inside outside (sanctuary “kitchen” cats) that may want to try to come in and sleep with you. We bring them into the sanctuary at night. We ask that you do not allow the cats to enter the house except for Marley or Teddy. Please leave the house as clean as you found it, except for bedding/linens/towels etc…. We don’t want to add cleaning expenses if possible. Also, we leave condiments and good food in the fridge for you to use. If we don’t know the prior guests, we will toss out or take out the food left behind (and we will eat it in sanctuary 😻). Check out the freezer as we try to keep frozen food for you as many of our restaurants close early in the evenings. Occasionally Marley has left his man cologne on the kitchen countertop or against a lower cupboard. We do NOT know why he occasionally will do this. He has been medically cleared. (That’s why we have him, we rescued him from the euthanasia list) Please keep personal items in the closet or in the bathroom with the door closed at all times.
