Located in the heart of Delmar, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, Stram Center for Integrative Medicine, and less than 10 minutes drive to Downtown Albany, Interstate 87 exit, 12 minutes drive to Albany Medical Center, and 20 minutes from the Albany International airport. Guest access You’ll be able to access the entire house except for the free standing garage and basement, which has a separate entrance in the back of the house. You’re also welcome to use the huge backyard with an outdoor dining table, and 36” griddle! If you need housekeeping for long term rentals, I'll be happy to provide it weekly or biweekly by extra charge. TV: Enjoy watching your favorite shows and movies on the 65” TV (no cable, but feel free to log into your favorite apps using your account credentials). Breakfast: I provide basic breakfast items (bagels, cream cheese, butter, eggs, variety of cereals and oatmeals, peanut butter, jelly, breakfast bars, OJ, coffee, and milk) enough for first day of stay for each guest. However, after that period, long term houseguests will be responsible for their own breakfast. I'll be happy to point you to the nearest supermarkets, and/or nearby restaurants serving breakfast.
