The space The very bright three-room apartment, located on the third floor with an elevator in a recently renovated building, is ideal for couples with children or groups of friends with up to 3 beds. It consists of a queen-size bed in the first bedroom and a French bed in the second, both bedrooms offer two wall-mounted walk-in closets and a French door from which you can access the private balcony. The kitchen and the dining room are all in one room: The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, pantry, NESPRESSO coffee machine and finally a complete set of dishes, pots, pans, wine glasses and complete cutlery will be at your disposal. The living room consists of two very comfortable armchairs with a coffee table, perfect for sipping a good wine with the panoramic view of the Marche hills. It is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi for guests, with Fiber Optics up to 100 Mega, perfect for video calls, downloading very heavy files and browsing social networks, or simply to watch a movie. Given the scarcity of free parking spaces in the city center, we give our guests the opportunity to take advantage of TWO free reserved parking spaces that are located inside the condominium parking lot. Guest access You will have the entire apartment on the third floor, accessible by external stairs or by elevator.
