The space The very bright three-room apartment, located on the third floor with elevator of a recently renovated building, is ideal for couples with children or groups of friends up to 3 beds. It consists of a queen-size bed in the first bedroom and a French bed in the second, both rooms offer two wall-mounted closet cabins and a French door from which you can access the private balcony. Kitchen and living room are all in one room: The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, pantry, Nespresso coffee machine and finally a complete set of dishes, pans, wine glasses and complete cutlery will be at your disposal. The Salon consists of two very comfortable armchairs with a coffee table, perfect for sipping a good wine with a panoramic view of the Marche hills. It comes with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi for guests, with Fiber Optic up to 100 Mega, perfect for video calls, downloading very heavy files, and surfing social media, or just watching a movie. Given the lack of free parking in the city center, we give our guests the opportunity to take advantage of TWO reserved free parking spaces that are located inside the condominium parking lot.
