A peaceful forest cottage with a private pond – perfect for a relaxing escape in nature. Inside you'll find a double bed, a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for up to 2 people, a dining area, and a small kitchen. Outside: terrace with BBQ, private dock with a boat, and total privacy. Great for fishing, rowing, or simply unwinding. The space The holiday house has a spacious area with a equipped kitchen (refrigerator, kettle, stove, utensils, etc.) and a dining table with six chairs. Sleeping accommodations are for up to 4 people, including a pull-out sofa bed that serves as the main bed for 2 people, as well as two smaller beds. The bathroom has a shower cabin, towels and toiletries are provided. Heating is available through an electric radiator or a small fireplace, while cooling is natural. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, which includes a large pond, forest, and a holiday cottage. There is private parking behind a fence and a storage shed. In front of the cottage, there is a terrace with outdoor furniture, a fence surrounding the pond, a pier for boat, and a nearby bench with a view. Stairs lead from the parking area to the cottage, and it is possible to take walks and mushroom picking in the forest around the pond. Throughout their stay, guests can make use of a boat for scenic rides. Swimming in the pond is not recommended. Other things to note The tourist tax and pet fee are not included in the total price of accommodation and must be paid in cash on the day of departure. The cottage is located in a secluded forest area, resulting in a weak signal. Instead of Wi-Fi, we recommend conversation, and instead of watching TV, enjoy the view of the pond and surroundings. Pets are welcome for an additional charge of €10 per pet per night. Boat rides are at your own risk, and we trust you'll take good care of it.
