The space is very comfortable, and guests tell me that they love the decor, amenities, cleanliness, and available bikes and paddleboards, beach gear. The best part, of course, is that it's a block from Mission Bay and Fanuel Park. We also have Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN as well as other free Roku apps on both the living room and bedroom TVs! Other things to note **No pets on furniture/bed. Our parking spot is narrow so big trucks or SUVs may not fit. There are usually spots on the side street (Fanuel) if this is the case. This is a lower unit, so you will occasionally hear guests moving around upstairs. However, this is a very quiet area in general, with very respectful and professional neighbors and we do enforce quiet hours from 10pm to 8am daily.
