Sleeps 8. Ipswich Train Station 2 min walk. Lovely garden set on two levels with stone steps, patio furniture and hot tub. Baby grand piano and open fire. Sleeps 8 but room for cots. No extra charge for preschool children increasing the capacity above 8. Safety issue- Steep drive for several cars but no gate and leads directly to a busy road. The front door can be opened and therefore an adventurous young child could leave by the front door into the road. Back garden is secure but has steps.
