The space Fully remodeled in December 2023, the condo combines spaciousness, comfort, and privacy overlooking Santa Lucía Bay. Its large social area opens onto a 20 m panoramic oceanfront balcony, with a spacious dining area with comfortable cushioned seating, lounge spaces, and a view you can enjoy at any time of day. It features 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and A/C: 2 with king-size beds and 2 with two double beds. The beds have high-end mattresses and 450-thread-count cotton sheets. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and living areas. You’ll also find electric blinds and awnings, hurricane-resistant windows and doors, 200 Mbps Wi-Fi 6 Mesh, and a Bluetooth speaker system built into the ceiling of the social area. The stay includes daily housekeeping. With advance reservation and at an additional cost, we can also arrange a cook, massages, airport transfers, and yacht rental. Guest access You will also have access to the condominium’s pool, garden, restaurant/bar, and beach club. The building has direct beach access and features a restaurant/bar located by the pool, with waiters serving both the beach club and pool areas. If you prefer not to order from the restaurant, you may also bring your own food and drinks down to these areas. Shower and pool towels are provided for all guests. The condominium has 24-hour security and controlled access. One covered parking space is assigned exclusively to the condo. In addition, visitor parking spaces are usually available, subject to availability and without specific assignment. All guests must be registered in advance and wear the assigned wristband during their stay. Other things to note *THE LOCATION: SANTA LUCÍA BAY* One of the greatest advantages of this property is its location overlooking Santa Lucía Bay, the landscape that helped turn Acapulco into a world-famous destination. Unlike the Acapulco Diamante area, which was developed later along the open Pacific Ocean, with stronger waves and more intense currents, here in the bay you can enjoy calmer waters that are ideal for swimming. During the day, the view is vibrant and full of life, with boats sailing in front of beautiful green mountains rising from the sea; there is always something different to watch from the balcony. All of this is framed by the soft, distinctive golden sand that gives this part of the city its name: Acapulco Dorado. At night, the experience changes completely. The mountains form a silhouette along the horizon, while the city lights surround the bay, creating one of Acapulco’s most beautiful and distinctive nighttime views. In Santa Lucía Bay, you not only enjoy a beautiful sea and exceptional views; you are also in the city’s main tourist area, with a wide variety of good restaurants, shops, and services within easy walking distance, without the need to use a car. Arena GNP is approximately a 13-minute drive away, and Acapulco International Airport is about 25 minutes away. It is this extraordinary geography of Santa Lucía Bay that helped make Acapulco one of the world’s most famous beach destinations and led it to become internationally known as the legendary “Pearl of the Pacific.” *OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING* The only aesthetic restoration work still pending after the hurricanes involves some finishes on the rear façade of the building, which is visible from the street upon arrival and where minor restoration work is currently underway. These are exterior works that do not affect in any way the use or enjoyment of the apartment, condominium, or its facilities, all of which are operating normally and are in excellent condition. All of our reviews are from guests who stayed after Otis and therefore reflect the property’s current guest experience. The condominium maintains a residential, family-friendly, and peaceful atmosphere. Celebrations among registered guests are welcome as long as they remain moderate and respectful. Loud parties, events with outside guests, and bookings for bachelor or bachelorette parties are not permitted. All guests must be included in the reservation and registered prior to arrival. Compliance with the property and condominium rules is monitored during the stay. Serious violations of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. For stays from December 8 through January 8, the apartment is professionally decorated for Christmas. Pets are not allowed.
