Spring Cottage Brand New Beachfront Renovation! The space Absolutely gorgeous, newly renovated cottage tucked away on the island with an incredible view of the ocean. The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a group of 10. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd room has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin sofa bed. One other additional sofa-bed in the living room area. Curl up with a book or watch your favorite movie in 2 different living room areas. Relish the sunroom’s view of the backyard overlooking the beach. The property offers a new kitchen with bar seating, a dining room for 8, a gas grill, and a fire pit. Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Pool privileges are provided at Days Inn & Suites. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. ACCOMMODATES: 8 NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
