The space The Valdivia Homes house - Príncipe, is a typical wooden house, built with labor and local materials and respecting , above all , the eco-system in which it is inserted , as well as the local traditions of Ilha do Príncipe. Located in a privileged area, next to the city ( about 1.5 km ) and 100m ( about a 3-minute walk ) from Ponta Mina beach is the idyllic spot for a few days spent in Leve Leve of this paradisiacal Island. Attention : from 1 am to 7 am there is no light on the island , for government policy reasons, so, consequently, there is also no light in the house , and there is a solar lamp that will have to be charged during the day . Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the house , as well as to the balcony that surrounds it. They will be able to park for free next to the house .
