Valdivia Homes - Principe is a house built in the middle of Paradise. It is 1.5 km from the city of Santo António, and next to Ponta Mina beach. The house is for the exclusive use of guests and has a balcony with a superb view of Santo António Bay, where you can contemplate the unique beauty of the island's parrots. Access to the house is by very easy paths, being very close to the city. Peace and Tranquility reign here! The space The Valdivia Homes - Príncipe house is a typical wooden house, built with local labor and materials and respecting, above all, the ecosystem in which it is inserted, as well as the local traditions of Príncipe Island. Located in a privileged area, next to the city (about 1.5 km) and 100m (about 3 minutes on foot) from Ponta Mina beach, it is the idyllic place for a few days spent in the Leve Leve of this paradisiacal Island. Attention: from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. there is no electricity on the island, due to government policy, so consequently there is no electricity in the house either, and there is a solar lamp that will have to be charged during the day. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the house as well as the balcony that surrounds it. They can park for free next to the house.
