Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. Room: The entrance to your holiday apartment leads over an internal staircase directly into the vestibule. Bedroom (8 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the terrace (covered). Living/bedroom (20 sqm) with sitting area, TV and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). American kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge (120 l), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Division: Holiday apartment, 1 floor, 3 rooms (including 2 bedrooms), 45 sqm, in total 4 beds. Other things to note Special: air conditioning, central heating. The air conditioning is equipped with wall mounted climate panels. Centrally controlled. It ensures an optimal temperature, the temperature in the apartments cannot be set below about 24 degrees.  Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite. TV broadcasts are provided by UPC. So there are many TV channels, but not all. There are also foreign channels, but unfortunately not in all foreign languages. That is why the TV is a smart TV. Through YouTube, you can access online stream TV channels that match your language, so you can also watch your favorite movies, shows, TV channels and even live TV programs through YouTube.
