Enjoy restaurants and bars, boutique shops, Farmer’s Markets, Art and Musical festivals located on famous Dearborn street and Manasota Key. Boating: if you love to boat this is the house for you, just minutes to the Gulf, but please read the following carefully! The boat lift can accommodate a boat up to 24 ft. There is an additional $325 charge to use the lift. To get to the gulf you’ll go under one bridge.
