Coastal cottages offering spectacular sunset views from the open deck or inside the house. This is a perfect spot to enjoy the water and relax Gulfside! Main house is 2bed 1bath, guest cottage is 1bed 1bath. Fire pit (bring your own wood), propane grill, washer/dryer, fast internet, boat trailer parking and a covered spot for your vehicle! Two single kayaks available for use (please check tides as this area can get extremely low). Dogs welcome: $50 flat fee per pet, 2 pet maximum. The space In the main house, there is a master bedroom with King bed, guest room with queen bed, full bathroom with tub/shower combo. In the guest cottage, queen size bed in the bedroom and one bath with laundry. Come for some of the best views on the island! Guest access Coded entry so come when you like. After dark, let us know and we will put some lights on for you. We are a dark sky community so please turn off when you don't need them. This is sunset central, with different views every night. Covered parking, freshly painted and super comfortable, this home is one you'll want to stay longer every time you come!
