It's just a few minutes' walk to beautiful St Andrew's Park and Gloucester Road's independent cafes, shops and pubs. The space On the ground floor is a large, recently renovated bright open plan kitchen/diner with bifold doors opening up to the rear garden, a play room stocked with toys and comfy sofa, large living room with high ceilings and a downstairs toilet. On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms (currently set up as twins but could be used as doubles) and a family bathroom. On the top floor is a master double bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The back garden accessible from the kitchen has a small patio area and is green, leafy and secluded. Free on-street parking outside. Available fully furnished.
