Welcome to our spacious and modern villa, an ideal getaway for both relaxation and adventure. There is a large open kitchen and living area that provides plenty of room and light. Large windows with natural light, with a great view over the Oslo Fjord. A beautiful large and secluded garden, with a terrace, sunbeds and a jacuzzi. The villa is centrally located, 45 min. to Oslo by train and 60 min. by car. Holmestrand has 3 beaches, in walking distance. Cross country, and ice skating nearby. The space A large house (286 m2) with 3 floors and a large garden. The top floor has a relax area, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Main floor has a large open living area with a kitchen with eating corner, a dining table with sesring possibility for up to 20 people, and 2 groups of sofas and chairs. There is direct access to terrace / patio and outdoor diner table through four different doors on the first floor. Downstairs there are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The garden has a lounge area with terrace heaters, sunbeds and a 6 person jacuzzi. Guest access Access to the whole house. Hosts will not be there, but available for questions and help. Other things to note In the summer there is a lot to do. Disc golf and tennis courts are close by. Holmestrand has 3 beautiful beaches for sunbathing and swimming. There are great walking and hiking routes along the coast, and plenty of biking opportunities (Use our bikes without additional costs). In the winter there is a (free) ice skating ring in walking distance, and plenty of slopes for cross country opportunities (borrow our skis and skates at no additional costs). When there is enough snow, a small alpine ski area opens in Holmestrand, for skiiing and snowboarding. Larger ski areas are not too far away, Kongsberg ski area is 60 km away and Norefjell is 125 km, ideal for day ski trips. Oslo is not far, but other towns such as Tønsberg, Drammen and Sandefjord are even closer and easily accessible by car or train.
