Serenity Bay Retreat

Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space in which you’ll love relaxing inside & out. You'll love getting lost watching nature & wildlife from the deck. This house has so much to offer to enjoy a retreat from the hustle & bustle of day-to-day life. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home has plenty of room to host 6 people comfortably. There are ways to enjoy the beach, bay, & islands. Just ask the host. The space With an open floor plan, it is very enjoyable for entertainment. The master bedroom has a King and 1 closet with hangers and 2 luggage racks for guest use. Secondary bedroom has a Queen bed and 1 closet with hangers and 2 luggage racks for guest use. Living room has a pullout bed sofa (bedding items are in the trunk in hallway) and 2 spare luggage racks in master bedroom closet. Kitchen is fully stocked and there are basic single use condiments and spices available. Guest access Guests will have access to the main cottage itself along with the dock at the bay and deeded access to a private beach a block away. Areas that are off limits are: -The locked cabinets in kitchen -The locked owners closet in the secondary bedroom -The 2 exterior storage areas under the house Other things to note The house is raised on pillars approximately 15' in the air and there are 26 steps to get up to the house level and is not the best for people that have a hard time navigating stairs. The main entry door is on the backside of the cottage overlooking the bay. Below the house is Hammock Haven with 4x hammocks (hanging by the kayak rack) to set up and enjoy the outdoors. 4x Folding beach chairs are available as well (hanging by the kayak rack) along with beach towels in the bathroom/laundry area. There is a TV input cord for iPhone, Android, USB-C to play things off of your phone/tablet. There are multi-charging cords in each bedroom (x2) and beside main TV (x1) for iPhone, Android, USB-C. You may use the existing streaming services on the TV, please use the Beach Cottage profile and do not alter or mess with accounts as we will have to remove this great feature for future guests to enjoy. This is Florida and humidity is high! There is a dehumidifier in the cottage, please keep it ON at all times. There is an air purifying machine in the house. The light indicator is on, you may adjust this to your preference. This is a very happy and healthy environment with some of the best air quality you can get in a house. There is a vacuum & floor cleaner/broom/Swifter to ensure continued cleanliness during your stay in the laundry area. The thermostat is located in the hallway for guest comfort control. There is a basketball hoop/basketball x2/soccer ball/football for use to stay active. We do have 2 beach cruisers for guest use. We do have 3 kayaks for a rental option for an additional fee, inquire with us and we will let you know the details. There is a NEMA 14-50R outlet for charging electric vehicles in the parking area under the house to the right hand side bay. The breaker is inside the house in the laundry area and will be turned off when not in use.
