The space The 200 m2 villa comprises two parts separated by a wide corridor, embellished with green plants On the living room side, a large, bright living room lined with windows overlooking the terraces, pool and garden. The living room, equipped with a very large screen TV with access to international channels and its sound bar, opens onto a first terrace and its rattan garden furniture. The fully-equipped modern American kitchen, with a wide range of utensils, food processors and dishes is separated from the living room by a large central island surrounded by stools to have a coffee or a meal on the go. A laundry room is located at the back of the kitchen. For more elaborate meals, a round marble table comfortably accommodates 8 guests. A furnished office area allows you to work comfortably. The sleeping area on the other side of the house offers the peace and quiet conducive to rest and overlooks the back garden of the house with its lawn and small vegetable garden. The 3 large bedrooms, with their refined decoration and high-quality bedding, each have their own bathroom. The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The other two bedrooms in the villa each offer a queen size bed and a bench with excellent bedding that can be used as a bed for an extra person. A pretty terrace, with garden furniture accessible at the back of the villa and also through one of the bedrooms, offers, with its shaded area and sheltered from the wind, an ideal place for a nap or quiet moments. If necessary, we can provide you with a portable crib with mattress and its set as well as a high chair. Outside, you will enjoy a superb landscaped garden with a very well maintained lawn and a swimming pool embellished with a wooden deck with deckchairs and parasols, protected from the sun and wind by glass panels. The presence of our housekeeper, present every morning for the preparation of breakfasts with a daily cleaning, is included in your stay. She can also cook delicious dinners for a contribution of 20 euros for the preparation of the meal, in addition to the groceries, at your expense.
