Large light loft room - en suite

You will be staying in the entire top floor of our Victorian townhouse with stunning views of Brighton. Additional sofa bed is a small double. Your space is very private at the top of our family home. It's just 20 mins to the South Downs, to the city centre and beach, and 5 mins to the nearest high street with frequent buses into town. Free weekend parking, low cost weekday permits available to purchase. Looking forward to welcoming you! The space We live in a three storey townhouse in Hanover, Brighton. Our home is a safe & welcoming space for folks from all minority and marginalised groups. We really enjoy hosting guests from many different cultures, and welcome people of all races, faiths, abilities, genders and sexual orientations. You will stay on the entire top floor - a very light and bright loft conversion. The double bedroom is spacious and airy with a large window facing west and a velux window facing east. You will have a kettle with teas and coffees so you can relax and have a brew whenever you like. The sofa folds out into a small double bed which is ideal for two adults who don’t need too much space, or two children for a family holiday! Your space includes a flat screen TV and remote, a triple wardrobe, and a desk and office chair in case you're on a work trip. We are a family home with two 19 year old children. We also have a couple of friendly dogs, Archie & Pip, but will keep them behind closed doors if you let us know in advance that you aren't comfortable around dogs. Unfortunately we aren't able to welcome your pets at the moment as Pip is great with humans but gets stressed when new dogs come in the home. Smoking not permitted inside the house or out of any windows. Check-in is after 3pm, and checkout by 11am. You're welcome to request luggage drop off prior to 3pm, or to leave your luggage here on the day you're leaving and then come and pick it up later. If 2 guests are booking in and would like to have both beds made up, this is no problem. We charge an additional £10 for this service. Guest access To access/exit your space, you will be walking through our front door, through our hallway and up two flights of stairs which include our landing. You will have your own key upon arrival. Please note there are also steps up to our front door. During your stay Either me or my partner will be around during your stay. Please message me directly with any questions and we will be happy to answer them for you. Please also ask us anything about our accommodation or local amenities so we can make your stay as comfortable and happy as possible. Other things to note We are a green eco-friendly household and only use and offer vegan cruelty-free products to guests.
