Welcome to our home that is 1 mile to Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and approximately 1 mile from the town of Beech Mountain. Here you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding and hiking trails (2 of which are only steps away). Nearby Banner Elk and Sugar Mountain provide more opportunities for outdoor activities and plenty of dining establishments. If you want to just stay in, you can enjoy the deer taking their morning and evening strolls through the yard. The space This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house provides ample space for friends and family to gather when you’re not hitting the slopes or hiking the trails. Whether you want to enjoy the fireplace, watch a movie or have a family game night, this space is ideal. When you arrive you will use the basement entry using your personal access code. ○●○We have provided the essentials, such as towels and linens for all beds and guests staying. Also, we have provided starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, q-tips, and hand soap. All tvs are smart tvs with YouTubeTV provided. For all other apps and streaming services, please bring your passwords and enjoy your shows while you relax after skiing. There is wifi throughout the house with quick speeds of 300mbps up and down. !⬡⬢Please note that our property is maintained as a pet-free house to accommodate guests with allergies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for all of our guests. Thank you for your understanding. ! This house is at 4600', and as such it does not have air conditioning. With the windows open in the summer, it provides a very nice cross breeze. There are ceiling fans, and also portable fans to place in the windows to help with airflow. ⬡⬢During Winter months, and inclement weather, the town of Beech Mountain recommends you have 4wd or snow chains. Snow chains can be purchased before you come up the mountain, with the closest being High South. Once you get to our home, we are on a well maintained but still slightly steep drive. The driveway is a half moon shape, and it is recommended to come up the side with the Bearicade trash cans. Other things to note Please do not park on the road. Also, there are other houses around, so we request that there are no parties, and the noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm. There is a strict 10 guest maximum for our home. Fines are calculated per person, per night.
