Nice and comfortable home from 2016 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor with exit to balcony with dining area. The 1st floor contains an entrance, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. In the basement you will find another bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dryer. Some rooms and storage rooms are not rented out, and we therefore keep these doors locked. Garden with terrace. Balcony with dining area and Weber gas grill. Parking outside the house, max 2 vehicles. 8 km from Stavanger city center Good bus connections, taxi and city bike. The space Nice and comfortable part of a semi-detached house with most things you may need. The area is quiet and child-friendly, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Randaberg city center. Bus to Stavanger takes about 20 min. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Stavanger by car. The accommodation is our private home and we hope you will treat it nicely. Our belongings will be in the house, but we will clean up and make room (a shelf or a large drawer per guest). Bedroom 1: Master bedroom for 2 people. Comfortable double bed, size 180x200 cm. Bedroom 2: 1-2 people. Day bed that can be pulled out to double bed if needed. Bedroom 3: 1-2 people. Day bed that can be pulled out if needed (same type of bed as bedroom 2 - we have just replaced it) We can prepare beds for up to 6 people, with an extra charge for bed linen (NOK 150 per bed). You are free to bring your own bed linen, please let us know in advance. For towels, the fee is NOK 50 per large towel and NOK 25 per small towel. Guest access We close off the basement and the storage rooms, since we use those rooms to store our things. You will have access to the rest of the house, including garden, terrace and balcony on the 2nd floor. Parking is available on the property for up to 2 vehicles.
