Coral Tree Cottage is close to the Grahamstown CBD. It is ideal for parents visiting local schools like Kingswood College (800m), Graeme College (1km), St Andrews College (1km) and DSG (1,3km). The cottage location also makes it easy to access venues for the Grahamstown National Arts Festival and Rhodes University. The space The cottage has one bedroom with a double bed and an open plan sitting room at the entrance. An equipped kitchette and en suite bathroom (shower, basin and toilet) make up the rest of the unit. There is a courtyard outside with a raised pool and a large coral tree. The owners residence is the other side of the courtyard. Guest access Guests access the cottage via a secure remote access cul-de-sac with parking available. The garden, pool and courtyard outside the cottage are all accessible to guests. Other things to note There is some loadshedding backup energy available depending on the duration of the outage. A backup lamp is available during loadshedding. A gas stove and fridge are in the cottage to avoid power outage inconveniences. Water pressure may decrease or halt during loadshedding depending on municipal water pressure and availability. We will plan your showering around loadshedding to avoid inconveniences.
