This unit is a private bedroom and private bathroom and private full kitchen. The other rooms in the house are private. There is a latch lock upstairs between your unit and the rest of the house, there is a door downstairs that has a latch lock between the unit and the house. The other half of the house I access rarely. Your unit is private. Parking on premises. Tv/Roku in your room. Air conditioner in the summer. The space Vintage and well loved and lived in. This is an old house from the early 1900s that I grew up in. You will have a queen size bed in a private room upstairs from the kitchen. There is no door between your downstairs kitchen and upstairs bedroom, but both kitchen and bedroom have latch locks separating your unit form the rest of the house. Your unit will be private. The stairs going upstairs are a bit steep as was the design when it was built. Guest access The kitchen in your unit is a full kitchen.
