Clubhouse a block away is shared (pool open during summer and tennis/basketball courts) Other things to note - First Aid Kit and Emergency Power Outage Kit for peace of mind - Small battery flashlights in rooms - Thanks to the trees, we haven’t needed AC. On hot days, we open some windows upon waking up and close mid-morning to keep the whole cabin cool. - Large, portable fans in most rooms - Space heater in each bedroom to use if desired - For safety reasons, hot tub & loft are for kids 5+ with adult supervision. - Windows are double-paned casement (push-out) with no screens. Windows should stay locked at night and whenever not in use or under adult supervision.
