Please see my other listing (New kingston garden cottage) for over 100 reviews on this property. *Homestay residence, where you will be sharing some communal spaces with a local family.* A comfortable private bedroom and bathroom situated in a cozy cottage tucked amidst a lush garden in suburban New Kingston. Highly Convenient Location! Please note the entire house is not up for booking. *PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES AND AMENITIES CAREFULLY TO DETERMINE IF WE ARE A RIGHT FIT FOR YOUR STAY* The space Please Note: cannabis usage will occur in designated areas. The entrance to your room is situated in the living room area and extends to the back for privacy. General areas like the verandah, kitchen, living, dining area and the garden are shared spaces with the family and friends. However, you have your own private bathroom within your bedroom. There is currently no hot water. We have recently upgraded the room to include air conditioning for a more pleasant stay. Guest access You have access to most of the house with the exceptions of the other bedrooms and backyard area. LIMITED PARKING ON PROPERTY. One way in and out of the driveway. We Do Not allow sidewalk parking at night as your car may be prone to break ins. Please communicate beforehand if you will be driving. During your stay The house is occupied by my elderly mom, sister (co-host) and nephew. We all work from home except for my mom who is retired. Feel free to reach out to us if you need anything or have any questions. Other things to note + Complimentary coffee or tea. + Breakfast provided (at an additional cost) Please let us know the day before if you will be needing breakfast for the following day. Airport pickup and transport to the house can be arranged for a fee of $30 usd per trip (pickup/dropoff for 1 or 2 people). Transportation to and from your destinations can also be arranged for a fee. Fee will depend on distance of travel from the house. WE DO NOT ACCEPT 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS.
