Our home is off the alley and quiet with private parking. There's an open living room, kitchen and dining area with a roll up door. This opens to a private patio and yard area with two large Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. The bed room has a high-end latex foam mattress and a fold down futon couch. Other things to note The property has three individual homes on it. The entire property is completely fenced and inside is a partially fenced area for privacy yet shared. For an additional fee, we allow well behaved dogs. Please be respectful of the other guests by keeping dogs out of the other yards and only use the yard areas next to the house you are renting. Thank you for your consideration.  Northern Arizona gets snow. Flagstaff is at 7,000ft above sea level. Snow is possible November to May. The snowiest months are December through March and the snow amounts can vary greatly from year to year. Travel in Northern Arizona during the winter months be prepared for snow and winter driving conditions. Look ahead at the weather forecast as your trip gets closer and plan ahead. The website AZ511 (dot gov) is a good resource for road conditions in Arizona. A vehicle with 4X4/AWD is recommended, otherwise carry tire chains with you and know how to use them. Keep extra food, water and blankets in the car in case you are stuck somewhere for an extended period of time. We will shovel the driveway and front walk to the door of the home once a storm has finished. Be prepared to shovel yourself if needed. Most online travel agencies (like Airbnb) offer travel insurance at a reasonable price and is highly recommended. Reservations during the winter months we recommend travel insurance in case the winter weather prevents you from getting to the home. ABNB has travel insurance on the ABNB website.
