Our atypical, warm, peaceful chalet can comfortably accommodate 10 people, perfect for stays for families or groups of friends. On the heights of Briançon, it offers stunning views of the mountains with its large bay windows and panoramic terrace. 5 minutes by car from the Prorel cable car, which will take you to the vast Serre-Chevalier area, but also to shops and Cité Vauban, all while being surrounded by nature. The space Discover this warm and spacious chalet, rated 3 stars by the Briançon tourist office, nestled in the heart of the mountains, which promises you an unforgettable getaway. You will enjoy stunning views from your panoramic south-facing terrace where you can enjoy meals or relax on the sun loungers facing the mountains. Inside, everything has been thought out for your comfort: an entrance hall with dressing room, a large living room with triple-height living room and bay windows to make the most of this beautiful panorama offered by the Briançon valley. Imagine warming up on winter evenings around the double-sided wood-burning stove. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms (160 cm bed) with en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs, a mezzanine offers stunning views and access to a 3rd bedroom for four with bunk beds and shower room. On the top floor, a 4th attic bedroom with a queen size bed and folding crib completes this space, offering privacy and comfort with its shower room as well. Hotel-quality beds guarantee restful nights after busy days. 2-night stays are possible on weekends only, otherwise we prefer stays of 3 nights minimum. Linens provided and beds made on arrival from 3 nights. The fully equipped kitchen is a paradise for cooking enthusiasts, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Outside, a small room to store your ski or bike gear, and a large panoramic terrace to enjoy the sun and view. A recently installed brazier will allow you to gather in all seasons around the fire, to enjoy a plancha or skewers of marshmallows for example, while admiring the surrounding peaks. You will also have a large barbecue. Located less than a 5-minute drive from the Prorel cable car, you will quickly access the ski slopes of Serre Chevalier avoiding traffic jams, and in summer, the magnificent hikes around. The Monetiers baths are 15 minutes away by car, offering relaxation in winter and summer. The areas of Valouise and Montgenèvre are also very close, less than 30 minutes by car. This chalet at the start of the Col de l'Izoard is ideally located for nature lovers and athletes, including cyclists and hikers in summer, cross-country skiers in winter, it will offer you a perfect getaway in the mountains, where relaxation and adventures await you. The many lakes offer landscapes that change with the seasons, autumn is flamboyant, spring and summer are green and flowery giving rise to many waterfalls, and if you are discreet you can see marmots and deer. There are many activities in all seasons: skiing, road biking and mountain biking, rafting, tree climbing... there is something for everyone! You will have access to the entire place and its huge panoramic terrace. The property has three private parking spaces attached to the property. In winter, as in all mountain areas, winter equipment is mandatory. The automated gate with digicode and remote control present in the lockbox secures the small condominium. Other things to note Mountain equipment is mandatory in our area from November 1 to March 31, as the Chemin de Balpin is steep, it is advisable to have chains in case of fresh snowfall. 3 parking spaces.
