Little Fox Cottage is a newly renovated small rustic modern retreat for two tucked in the trees, and one of four properties on 17 acres overlooking the White River. This Cottage sleeps two in one bedroom with a queen bed, full bath with stand up shower, and kitchen stocked with all the basics. The Living Room has a loveseat and dining area for two with a smart tv that is logged into Netflix. The covered porch wraps two sides of the Cottage and offers a view of the White River in Summer and more sweeping views when the leaves fall in the colder months. There is no direct access to the River, but this property is less than 5 minutes from River Access and 7 minutes to Sylamore Creek Access. There is a Washer/Dryer in the cottage. Trains~ The Cottage sits atop a bluff that overlooks the White River. On the banks of the river are train tracks. The train comes by daily and, though brief, is heard from the area though it remains mostly quiet in the Cottage. Other things to note Rental Rules ~Primary guest must be age 25 or older ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM ~No Smoking in or near the Cabin ~Dogs are allowed, with $50 Pet Fee (2 dogs max, rules apply) ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers allowed ~Number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy as stated in the listing ~It should be noted that our properties are located in a rural and, in some cases, remote area of the Ozarks, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, deer, mice, snakes, eagles, wild hogs, black bear, skunks, and opossums are common, and may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, bees, flies, and gnats also live nearby. Each property has a regular/quarterly pest control device, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this.
