Other things to note Check-In & House Rules Information Check-In Method Check-in is self-service. Keys will be placed in a secure mailbox or padlock key box located at the entrance of the building. You will receive detailed instructions, including the access code, before your arrival. Check-In Time Frame Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onward. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can prepare your check-in instructions accordingly. If no time is provided, we may not be able to provide timely assistance in case of issues during check-in. Mailbox Access Please note that we cannot receive packages or letters at the property. The mailbox is not accessible to guests or hosts for mail or deliveries. Lost Keys/Fob Guests are responsible for covering the full replacement cost of any lost keys or fobs. Locked Out If you're locked out due to leaving the keys inside, a call-out fee may apply to cover staffing costs for access assistance. Extra Guests & Bedding Arrangements Only the number of guests listed in your booking are allowed to stay. Bedding will be arranged according to the number of guests and the house specifications. Using sofas as beds is not permitted unless arranged with us in advance. Housekeeping & Guest Responsibility Please note this is an Airbnb stay, not a hotel.
