This air-conditioned apartment on the ground floor sleeps up to 7 people (6 adults), perfect for families or groups of friends. Located in front of the town hall, you will be in the heart of the city, a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches of the area. The apartment has two bedrooms - one with a double bed and a TV equipped with Canal + streaming services (Netflix, Dysney and OCS), and the other with a crib, a bunk bed and a glass window overlooking the terrace. Perfect for parents wanting to watch the kids in the evenings. In addition, the living room includes a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed with a real mattress. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. For stays longer than 4 nights, the beds will be prepared. Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals at your convenience. For added comfort, the apartment has a washer-dryer, a 65 inch 4K TV with all Canal + streaming services (Netflix, Dysney and OCS) in the living room, and fiber Wi-Fi access. For relaxing moments, enjoy our cocktail bar in the living room or do some fathoms in the pool of the residence, accessible from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (supervised during the holidays). Available from June 15 to September 15. Please note that our apartment is non-smoking but a terrace is available for those who wish to smoke outdoors. Pets are welcome! Although there is no parking on site, many spaces are available nearby and we can direct you to free parking. For your daily needs, a spar supermarket open until 11pm is located nearby. Your check-in is autonomous, from 3pm and checkout must be before 11am. Flexible hours can be arranged at extra charge. Please let me know if you have any questions or requests. Make yourself at home and simply follow a rule: the large wardrobe in the living room, bedroom and small bathroom wardrobe will remain closed! The communal pool awaits you during the summer period, from June 15 to September 15. And who knows, for reservations of more than 4 nights, a surprise related to the name of the apartment could wait for you upon your arrival... If you do not consume alcohol, please let us know in advance. Other things to note Tranquility is precious in La Grande Motte - so no noisy work allowed during the summer. Games are not allowed in the residence, children can play in the market square, visible from the terrace and kitchen. Our furry friends are always welcome!
