The soul of the house has unobstructed views of the lake, bringing sunsets and nature experiences to the interior. Villa has 5 bedrooms. On the beach, a large tree sauna, hot tub, barbecue and dining area, and a summer/guest room. Ideal for larger groups to relax and be together – all year round. The space Spacious and cozy Villa Aava offers plenty of space on three floors. The house has five bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, an indoor sauna and a bathroom. On the beach, there is a private sauna world and a versatile terrace area with a large wood-fired sauna, a heated hot tub, a barbecue area, a sandy beach, and a glazed dining and lounge area. In addition, there is a summer room/guesthouse on the beach, which serves as a comfortable bedroom during the summer season. 🔔 Please note that the property has several stairs, so it is not suitable for people with disabilities. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Villa Aava and its surroundings, including the downstairs beach villa. Other things to note We are often asked about bed places – here are some details: 🏡 Villa has 9 comfortable beds (own beds) and 4 extra mattresses. 🌿 In the summer, there is also a separate summer room on the lake, which can accommodate 2 people. 👉 The listed accommodation price is for 9 people. Additional persons 40 €/day. ✨ Peaceful location in the middle of beautiful nature, close to Old Vääksy. 🚗 Lahti can be reached in about 20 minutes, Helsinki-Vantaa Airport in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. 🏖 The private low sandy beach is a good fit for children and water games – and even for swimming. 🛶 Guests have access to 2 SUP boards. The 🥾 nearby Aurinkovuori offers a variety of hiking trails and fitness stairs. There are lean-tos along the route for snack breaks. In ❄️ winter, you can enjoy the outdoors on ice: ice fishing, skiing, hiking, skating, sledding or kick sledding. There are 4 parking spaces🅿️ in the yard and additional space in the guest area - parking is free. ⚡ The nearest electric car fast charge can be found in the yard of S-market.
