Ganton Golf Course, which ranks among the very best of Britain's inland golf courses, is only a stones throw away from the property. The space Enter the property through a large arched handmade wooden door stepping into the main hall, a vast open plan two storey barn with living, dining and games room facilities sharing this magnificent space. The exposed beams and brick work are a nod to this incredible buildings beauty and retain the charm of the once agricultural barn.  With underfloor heating throughout and a log burner in the living room there is no danger of being cold in this tremendous space. A Smart TV, WiFi and Bluetooth speakers are just some of the luxury, mod-cons at The Barn. An electric car charging point is also available. With plenty of seating in the living area for your whole party this really is a superb choice for your groups special occasion allowing you to relax and unwind enjoying each others company in luxury and comfort. A 7ft pool table, living and dining area share the main space allowing everyone to be under one roof simultaneously whilst partaking in their own activities. One of our favourite features of this section of the property has to be the home bar which is equipped with a wine fridge perfect for those essential bottles of fizz. The bespoke dining table has been made using reclaimed wood and seats 22 people with ease. Why not arrange for a private chef to come into the property and cook up a storm for your group saving you the hassle of the washing up. The kitchen adjoins the main barn which is separated by a sliding partition allowing the whole of the ground floor to be one enormous space. The kitchen, often described as the 'heart of the home' will certainly not disappoint. There is a huge sociable centre island, induction range cooker, American fridge freezer, 2 dishwashers and additional fridge and cooker. This property has been specifically geared up with large groups in mind and you should not want for much in this well equipped space. From the kitchen you can either step outside through the West facing french windows to watch the sunset or enter the large glass Pergola; a tasteful, modern addition to the centre courtyard. The Barn has 10 ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 22 people. There are 2 upstairs bedrooms and 8 ground floor bedrooms, 1 bedroom is accessed across the courtyard in a separate annex. This space would be the perfect treat for the birthday girl or boy or lead party members or, perhaps a safe space for grandparents to escape, should they choose. This bedroom will have 2 kingsized beds and an ensuite. The charming bedrooms have pops of colour and are adorned with up-cycled silk sari bedspreads. You can guarantee a good night sleep here with only the faint hoot of an owl to disturb your dreams. The Barn is as accessible as possible; one bedroom has a single profiling bed and wet room, there is a side opening oven and the entire ground floor is level or accessible by ramps which are provided. There's no need to leave the grounds of The Barn as all of the entertainment is onsite including a 15ft indoor SwimSpa with hydrotherapy seating. This enormous tub is great for swimming or relaxing, it's your choice so don't forget your swimming togs. For those of you who prefer to breath in the fresh air whilst enjoying a soak there is also an outdoor hot tub just around the corner with views across the secluded grounds. The rural and tranquil location of The Barn offers uninterrupted views across the Vale of Pickering allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the blissful surroundings and take in nature at its finest whilst spending quality time with friends and family. Located at the bottom of the village of Ganton situated 15 minutes away from the seaside resort of Scarborough and 20 minutes away from Malton, the food capital of Yorkshire. Ganton has a village pub and there are two farm shops within 2 miles. For the golfers among you Ganton Golf Course, which ranks among the very best of Britain's inland golf courses, once host to the Ryder Cup is only a stones throw away from the property.
