Large apartment on the first floor just 50 meters from the fine sandy beach of Pescoluse ("The Maldives of Salento") and close to all the shops that can be easily reached on foot: bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, minimarkets, pizzerias, promenade with rides for the little ones, etc. A pass is provided for free parking on the road. Just 50 meters from the house are both the free beach and several equipped beaches. Small/medium-sized pets are allowed. The space The apartment consists of a large living room with TV, sofa and air conditioning, kitchen equipped with pots, dishes, oven and microwave oven and everything you need for its use. There are three bedrooms, one of which is a double and two with two single beds that can be joined to form other doubles if necessary. The sleeping area is served by a second air conditioner located in the hallway. The bathroom is complete with shower and washing machine. Outside there is a comfortable terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a table and garden chairs for your outdoor lunches and dinners, a swing, bench and deckchairs.
