We are a small but cosy house, where we hope you will feel at home. You will have the opportunity to enjoy an early morning coffee or a glass of wine on our mini terrace. We are perfectly located between The Old Town and Lotus Retail Park. Our professional cleaning and disinfection protocol ensures you feeling rested and refreshed. Easy access through the property with a code-based system only for guests. The space Comfortably furnished with a modern design, our unit has a welcoming atmosphere. You will find everything you need to feel at home in this superb two-bedroom house flat. In the living room, you can read a book or just watch TV on the sofa, which can also be used as a comfortable single bed. In the adjoining kitchen we have equipped you with all appliances and cookware so that you can prepare delicious meals if desired. One bedroom can accommodate up to two people and is furnished in a simple but functional way. The second bedroom is also equipped with all amenities, towels, and bedding so you can relax in your new home after a long day of sightseeing around the city. In the bathroom with shower, you can refresh yourself after the day's adventures. Take a break and enjoy the perfect start or end of the day with a glass of wine or coffee on our mini terrace. The apartment is suitable for 1-5 people and best suited for 4. Child policies: Infants are welcome as long as they share the bed. Or, a baby cot for children aged 0-2 is available on request and costs 150 RON per stay. Parking: You can park your car free of charge at any time at Lotus Retail Park Shopping Center which is about 5 minute's walk (450 m). Just by the property there are also public outdoor parking spaces (marked with white), which are free during weekends, weeknights (Monday to Friday from 6 PM to 7 AM), and public holidays, but payable through TPark App or SMS during week days (Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM) at the cost of around 3 RON (approx 0.6 euro) per hour, or 30 RON/day (approx 6 euro). Early check-in/late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability . Smoking is permitted only on the terrace. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities. Details regarding building access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security. Other things to note • The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby. • Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee. • Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences. • The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience. • Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly. • We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible. • Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities. • Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents. • Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process. • Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. • A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises. • Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
