Close to many activities, visits, walks and hikes, close to many wineries and vineyards, this charming house offers all the comforts and amenities: playground, wifi, private parking 3-4 cars + 1 garage The space Single-storey house with: a large living room with: - a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Senseo, kettle, induction hob, but also small appliances: plancha, raclette machine for 8 people, toaster, croque-monsieur/waffle/panini machine, air fryer. - a lounge area with 2 sofas, 1 single sofa bed (90×190 slatted bed base with a real mattress), 42-inch TV, baby and children's games, board games, a small library and also a desk/work space. Orange satellite internet connection (about 40 Mb download speed), digital satellite TV - a laundry room: with a washing machine, drying rack, mini ironing board and iron, cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner, as well as 1 baby chair, 1 booster seat, and 2 chairs for children aged 3-5 stored in this room. 1 PRM chair for the bathroom if needed. a sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: a bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200, 1 cot 60x120 with bars, 1 console table and a dressing room. - Bedroom 2: a bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190, 1 child's bed 70×140, a console and a dressing room. - Bedroom 3: a bedroom with 2 90x200 beds side by side, a console and a dressing room. For the beds, washable mattress protectors are in place and should be washed regularly. Disposable pillow protectors are provided, as well as bed linen. For the 3rd bedroom, if you wish to move the 90×200 beds closer together during your stay, please let us know and we will prepare large sheets and a suitable blanket. - Bathroom: with 90x90 shower, bathtub, changing table, baby bath, hairdryer and dressing room. (First aid kit). Towels and bath mat provided. - a separate toilet with a washbasin. Toilet paper and hand towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation, please respect this, a smoking area is provided for this purpose outside in front of the entrance to the accommodation. Outside: - Entrance side (sheltered): 2 chairs + 1 table (wooden drum) that can be used as a relaxation area or a cigarette break for smokers.
