Close to many activities, visits, walks and hikes, close to many wineries and vineyards, this charming house offers everyone, comfort and amenities: playground, wifi, private parking 3-4 cars + 1 garage The space Single-storey house with: a large living room with: - a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, induction stove, but also small equipment: plancha, 8-person raclette machine, toaster, croque monsieur- waffles -panini. - a seating area with 2 sofas, 1 sofa bed for 1 person (90×190 slatted bed base with real mattress), television, baby and children's games, board games, small library and also a desk-work space. orange satellite internet connection (approx. 40Mb download), DST - a laundry room: with washing machine, drying rack, mini ironing board and iron, cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner but also 1 baby chair, 1 booster chair, 2 chairs for children 3-5 years old stored in this room. 1 PRM chair for the bathroom if needed. a sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: one bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200, 1 baby bed 60 x 120 with bars, 1 console and dressing room. - bedroom 2: a bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 190, 1 child bed 70 × 140, a console and a dressing room. - Bedroom 3: one bedroom with 2 90 x 200 beds side by side, a console and a dressing room. For sleeping, washable mattress protectors are in place and washed regularly. Disposable pillow protectors are provided as well as bed linen. For the 3rd bedroom, if you wish to bring the 90×200 beds closer together during your stay, please let us know, we will prepare large sheets and a suitable blanket. - Bathroom: with 90x90 shower, bathtub, changing table, baby bath, hair dryer and dressing room. (first aid kit). Towels, bath mats provided. - a separate toilet with hand basin. toilet paper, hand towels provided. No smoking in the accommodation, please respect this, a smoking area is provided for this purpose outside in front of the entrance to the accommodation. Outside: - Entrance side (sheltered): 2 chairs + 1 table (wooden reel) that can be used as a relaxation area, cigarette break for smokers.
