Open-space apartment on two levels with a terrace, in an Art Deco building in central Milan, Porta Venezia. Spacious and quiet, with modern furniture and many plants. Ideal for singles or couples: living area, equipped kitchen, master bedroom, service room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms. No children, pets, elevator, or concierge. The space The house, an open space apartment on two floors, is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of an ancient, quiet building in Milan’s Art Deco district, Porta Venezia. This is my Milanese home that I rent out when I’m not in the city, and I hope it can be the perfect retreat for you. It is a nice, relaxing, and quiet place. During your stay, I’ll be available for any help or advice. Some info: • No elevator, only stairs. You will access the apartment from the 3rd floor via the stairs. • No concierge service. For mail and parcels, you can use the nearest locker point, just a 1-minute walk away. • Check-in and check-out will be managed in person by the host. Upon entering the apartment on the 3rd floor, you’ll find the “guest/service room” with a small bathroom, laundry spot, wardrobe, sofa bed (1 person), bookshelf, service areas (electric meter and boiler), and a private staircase leading to the 4th floor. On the 4th floor, you’ll find an open space consisting of: • A minimal, fully equipped island kitchen (appliances, dishes, cutlery, and tablecloths included) • Dining area with a round table (6 chairs) and a bar shelf • Lounge area with a sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 pouff, coffee table, bookshelf, plants, and trees • Access to a small, quiet terrace furnished with 2 armchairs, a table, and plants • Bedroom area with a double bed, armchair, and wardrobe • Bathroom with a beautiful Corian bathtub, shower, sink (also Corian), toilet, and a small closet You will find clean towels (two sets for 2 people), bed linens and blankets, pillows, a hair dryer, an iron with ironing board, and a drying rack. All areas feature designer spotlights by Flos and Artemide. Available services: Wi-Fi and air conditioning. House cleaning is included upon arrival and departure. An extra cleaning service is available upon request. Cleaning products and a cleaning set are also provided. Before check-in, identification and Passport/ ID are required. According to Italian law, guests must provide identification and be registered at the tourism office via the accommodation portal. Children and animals are not allowed. Parties, celebrations and photoshoots are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed (no-smoking house) In respect of the condominium quiet, I invite you to respect the hours of silence and to maintain moderate behavior Other things to note Please note: - NO lift in the building - NO concierge in the building available. - NO reception available - NO kids and animals allowed. - Adults only. - The building is very quite, please respect silent timings. - NO party allowed. - NO smoking. - Check-in and Check-out done in person by the host At the check in you will receive a “furniture list” to be approved by the guest, filled with quantities and status of the furnishing. The list will be checked at the check out. Any damages and missing items/furniture will be report to Airbnb and charged to the guest.
