The Cottage is charming and serene. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is it. It’s located near many beautiful places. The Tryon Equestrian Center (15min), Chimney Rock (40), Blue Ridge Mountain (50min), , Ashville (50min), Ashville International Airport (45min). If traveling during the holiday season, our historic downtown, which is just a few blocks away. It's the place to be this holiday. It has over 1 million Christmas lights, carriage rides, hay rides, many more family fun. The house has a big living room and a nice size kitchen. The rooms are accommodating. The first room has a queen bed that sleep 2, a full bed that can also sleep 2. The second room has 1 queen bed and a dresser. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. There is 1 bathroom with a tub. The house has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The Cottage has private parking (2 or 3 cars), porch and private keyless entry. If you're traveling with an RV there is space for it as well. Just let us know so we can make the proper accommodations. I don't reside in North Carolina, so I won't be present at the time of your arrival. You can self check in with the keyless entry anytime after 3:00 PM. If you need anything you can text me at any time. I always check my phone no matter what time it is. Very peaceful place. There are woods on one side of the house, a nice neighbor on the other and a a big Baptist Church across the street. Very safe and quite. There is plenty of onsite parking for 2 vehicles. There are no Ubers in the area. You need a car. There is no public transportation. It's quite old town vibe. You might even see an Amish family station their horse at Walmart. It's awesome! Please keep in mind that the main house has a studio apartment on the premises that is also a vacation rental. The studio has its own private parking and entrance. The house doesn't have access to the yard. It's only for the downstairs rental.
