The space The building is old, but once you are in the property it is super comfortable, and the view is beautiful. It has two bedrooms, the main one has a queen size bed, and the secondary one has a bunk bed, and a sofa bed. In the living room there is also a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with the basics. You have access to the pool and the use of the pascua. Smoking Hooka or listening to music at volume is not allowed. Guest access The apartment is on the 4th level with no elevator, ONLY STAIRS! We are currently maintaining the condominium. Some areas are not 100% ready. Access to the apartment is digital with a smart key. The data will be provided at the time of confirming the reservation. You can use 1 parking space on the property and amenities such as a pool and private access to Boca Chica beach! Other things to note The apartment is being remodeled.
