Perfect getaway for families or friends! A large private retreat with water, woods, trails, wildlife, & fully stocked cozy cottage! Make Memories at our family-retreat! Our private 5 acre lake, shelter, large dock, fishing, & inflatables, paddle boards, & kayaks are ready for fun! If you fish, swim, sunbath, hike trails, bird watch, nap in hammock, or story-tell by the bonfire, we have it for you! New game room in basement! 1 mi to Grocery, state store, & pizza pub! 3mi local winery!22min Dublin The space Our retreat is a place to rest & recharge in the country! Do note, there are bugs, mosquitoes, & flies they may follow you into house! Along with beautiful butterflies, bees, & birds! As the pics show, we do have power lines that run thru the property. The main lake is in the back of the property but we have a gravel lane you can drive or trails to walk. The lake backs up to Rt 33 so you will be able to hear traffic. There is an additional house on the property available for booking at the same time by request only. Perfect for family reunions, corporate gatherings, or friends getaway! Lakeside shelter house, charcoal grill, sink, & porta potty make our property your private resort! Backyard at house has gorgeous fire pit, small pond, gas grill, seating areas, outdoor games, & star gazing balcony! The house sleeps 11 with unique features such as claw foot soaking tub, handmade (wood from property) spiral staircase, & cozy wood burner!! Hi Guest access You will have access to the trails, lake, & home! We have almost 90acres to explore! No hunting or trapping allowed. Lake fishing is catch & release! We have basic fishing supplies for you! You are welcome to enjoy our canoes, paddle boards, kayaks, & inflatables! Close to the house we have an additional fire pit with starter wood provided, hammock, outdoor games, & gas grill with everything you need! We strive to make your stay the best possible!!! Other things to note Please note our wifi is slower than dial up in 1998! We do have streaming tvs but there are common delays! We do have dvd players with dvds! The good news, it gets us all outside, playing a board game, cards, or reading a book from our well stocked game cabinet! Newly added game room to the basement! Keep everyone entertained even in the rain!
