You'll have the entire estate to yourselves along with lake access with your own boat slip. NO EXTRA FEES! The space There is plenty of room to roam around this 32 acre oasis. You’ll find Summerhill Farm to be a place where you can breathe again. Nestled in a lakeside wooded area you are sure to find your place in nature again. There are 10 beds, multiple couches, 8 full baths and 2 half baths for guest comfort. There are also 4 full kitchens for everyone to use. Just a short drive from Missouri, Arkansas, or Oklahoma towns. Invite your family for a family reunion, vacation, or corporate retreat. This is sure to be a place where you can focus and get back to basics with all the creature comforts of home. This property can hold up to 15 guests comfortably. ***THIS PROPERTY HOSTS 15 GUESTS TOTAL (exclusive of children 2 and under only). Host reserves the right to charge pet fee for excessive pet cleaning. Guest access All spaces are accessible except garage, barns, wine cave, and any locked cabinets. To find the trail to the dock you’ll locate the small (not large) rustic red gate to the west of the barn house. The workout room is located in the basement of the Harbert House (main house). Other things to note You’ll be given the gate code and door code on the day of check-in. You'll be able to check-in and check-out privately. All trash should be placed in outside trash bins upon check out and AC units turned to 75 in summer and 65 in winter months. Locks all doors. Note: Wifi in the main house and pool house is good, but wifi in the Barn House is sporadic. Please expect to use one of the other two houses if wifi is essential. There are iron deposits in the bottom of the pool that cause some discoloration. This is due to the salt water. The pool is cleaned professionally on a weekly basis. The pool is open from the beginning of Memorial weekend to the end of Labor Day weekend annually. You will be near many amenities, but are still in the country. This means there are spiders, hornets, snakes, and other critters. Also there is poison ivy along some trails. While we strive to minimize discomfort, you may run across one of these once in a while.
