We offer you a cozy one-bedroom apartment! The place has just been renovated and has everything you need for a longer stay :) The space This family house is situated in the district of Smiljevac. It is located only 10 minutes walking from the main bus station, and only 25 minutes by foot from the old city center Poluotok. Beautiful sea promenade Karma, with a large number of beaches of every kind, is only 1 kilometer from our house, (15 minutes by foot) and also every large shopping center in town you can visit by foot. Lots of bakeries and markets are just nearby apartment. Our 40 m2 apartment is very comfortable for short and long stay. It's situated on the ground floor of the house and is composed of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom and living room with kitchen. Our apartment also has wireless 24/7 internet, laundry machine in the bathroom and there is a garden and free parking by the house in the grounds. There are dozens of nearby islands to explore, and an hour or so drive from Zadar takes you to no fewer than five national parks, where you’ll find lakes, waterfalls, mountains and secluded wilderness areas. The specificity of the Zadar region is that is surrounded by five national parks: Paklenica National Park, Kornati National Park, Krka National Park, Plitvice National Park and Northern Velebit National Park. Other things to note The apartment is not located directly on the street. When you get to my address you will see gravelly road where you can park your car right next to the entrence door of the apartment.
