Max & Boo's house

Feel oh-so-comfortable in this peaceful, yet conveniently located within-town-limits Leesburg, Loudoun County, home. The space Enjoy your private 2-bedroom, 1 full bath suite on the second floor of this house in the Town of Leesburg, VA. There will be no other guests in the house, only the hosts. You are very welcome to relax in the shared living and dining rooms on the main level. Curl up with a book, play the piano, work on a jigsaw puzzle, & help yourself to a cup of coffee or tea. Walk around back and sit around the fire pit or play with Max & Boo. Enjoy the views of the 140 acres of county-owned conservation land or explore the public walking trails that wind through it. This house is on a quiet cul-de-sac street (plenty of street parking) & only a five-minute drive into Leesburg's popular historic district, where you'll find fun restaurants, breweries, live music, coffee shops, & shopping. This is the perfect home base to relax, while still having easy access to the vineyards, wedding venues, & hiking trails Western Loudoun County has become known for! Guest access Living room, dining room (with coffee/tea station), upstairs private full bath, two bedrooms (I will not rent the 2nd bedroom to a different party, even if you only need one bedroom), and the fenced back yard which has access to the park. During your stay I will definitely be available to offer help & suggest activities if you ask. I've lived in Leesburg for 30 years, so I'd love to tell you about it! If you prefer to be left alone, by all means, just tell me that you prefer your privacy. :-) Other things to note I will keep the dogs on the other side of gates, so they won't jump on you or be in your space when you arrive. Max & Boo are friendly, but they can be noisy greeters for a minute or two when you walk in the door for the first time. (They do have access to the back yard.)
